Website prices in Türkiye vary widely with what you need. Two quotes received on the same day can be far apart. This article explains where the difference comes from and how to compare offers.
01Three ways to get a site
Site builders
With builders such as Wix, or e-commerce platforms such as ikas, you build the site yourself. Starting is free. On Wix's free plan your site runs on a Wix address, and connecting your own domain needs a paid Premium plan. You pay every year, not once.
An example: on ikas's own pricing page in October 2026, the Start plan was free, Lift was 55,927 TL a year and Scale 83,983 TL a year. These were discounted prices, and the page did not say whether VAT was included.
This route suits someone with time who prepares their own texts and photos. The design work and the effort stay with you.
A freelancer
A freelancer usually takes a ready-made theme and fills it with your information. Prices vary a lot from person to person. A good freelancer does the job. The question to ask: if you cannot reach that person, do you still have access to your site and your domain?
A design studio or agency
The design is made for your business from scratch. Text layout, photos, Google setup and launch are part of the job. It costs more because there is more work in it. In return you get a site that does not look like anyone else's.
02What decides the price?
- Number of pages. A one-page introduction and a site with a page for every service are different jobs.
- Number of languages. Every language is a copy of all the pages. A two-language site is close to two sites of work.
- Design. A ready-made template, or designed from scratch?
- Texts and photos. Will you write the texts, or the designer? Are the photos ready, or do they need to be taken?
- Forms and bookings. A simple contact form and an online booking system are different jobs.
- Selling online. Product count, payment, shipping and invoicing connections all raise the price.
- Logo and brand. If you have no logo or colours yet, those need to be made too.
03Costs after launch
Do not compare only the first payment. A site can have these costs every year:
- Domain. Renewed every year. The first-year price and the renewal price can be very different. For example, Natro's site in October 2026 listed a .com.tr domain at 1.49 dollars for the first year and 19.99 dollars to renew.
- Hosting. The server your site runs on. Some offers include the first year and charge separately after that.
- Updates. Will you pay each time a price, photo or text changes, or can you change them yourself?
- Blog and content. If you want regular articles to appear in more searches, that is usually a monthly service.
04What to check in cheap offers
- Is the domain in your name? If it is registered to the designer, you can lose your address when you part ways.
- Can you get into your own site? You should have a panel to change your own texts and photos.
- Is the yearly fee in writing? Watch for offers that are cheap in year one and expensive in year two. Ask for the renewal price in writing.
- What happens if you leave? Can you take your site and your domain with you?
- What is included? Texts, photo editing, Google Business Profile and how many changes you get should each be written in the quote.
Before you accept an offer, get three answers in writing: whose name the domain is in, what the yearly costs are, and who will update the site.
05How we price
We have no price list, because a five-page site for a workshop and a four-language site for an exporter are different jobs. After four short questions or a call, we give one fixed price, with a list of what is included. You know the price before any work starts.
While we build, you can ask for as many changes as you want. After the site is live, one change a month is free, unless it is a very large change. The domain is registered in your name. The monthly blog is optional. The site is yours either way.
The first step to being found on Google, before any website, is a free Google Business Profile. Here is how to set it up.
