Who we are

Made in Scope is the web design studio of CYBER SCOPE SOLUTIONS BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ VE GÜVENLİĞİ HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKET, trading as CyberScope Solutions, registered at Seyrantepe Mah. What we collect, and why

• When you fill in the Start a project form: your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, your answers to the questions and any message you add. We use these to reply to you and to prepare an offer for your site.
• When you message or call us: your number and what you send us. Messages on WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
• When you write to us with the contact form: your name, e-mail address and message. We use them only to reply to you.
• When you subscribe to new articles: your e-mail address, the language of the page and the page you subscribed on. We use them only to send you an e-mail when a new article is published. To stop, reply "stop" to any of these e-mails or write to us, and we delete your address.
• When you book a call after the project form: the booking calendar is provided by Calendly. The name, e-mail address and time you choose go to Calendly and to us, so that we can hold the call.
• When you visit the site: our hosting provider records technical details such as your IP address, browser and the time of your visit, to keep the site running and secure.
• When you open a page: we count the visit: which page, the website you came from, whether you use a phone or a computer, and your country. We also count, per page, when someone taps a WhatsApp, call or e-mail link, sends a form or books a call. We keep only daily totals. We do not use cookies, we store nothing on your device for this, and we do not keep your IP address.
• When you watch the film on the home page: we count how many times it is played, how far it is watched and whether the button under it is pressed. These are plain daily totals. They do not use cookies and are not linked to you.

Cookies and storage in your browser

This site does not use cookies. Your browser keeps a few small settings on your device, such as the language you chose for the film. They stay on your device and are not used to follow you across other websites. The fonts are served from our own site, so no font service sees your visit. The booking calendar shown after the project form comes from Calendly and follows Calendly's own cookie and privacy policy.

What we do not do

• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not send marketing messages to numbers or addresses we collected from the project form.

Why we are allowed to use it

Under Article 5 of KVKK, we use the details from the form and from your messages because they are needed to prepare and carry out a contract with you, at your request. We keep technical records because of our legitimate interest in a secure, working website. We send new articles only to people who asked for them by subscribing, and you can withdraw this at any time.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that help us run the site and our e-mail:

• Netlify, Inc. hosts this website, receives the project form and the contact form, and stores the list of article subscribers.
• Calendly LLC runs the booking calendar for calls.
• Google (Google Workspace) handles e-mail sent to and from our addresses.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages you send us there.

Some of these companies store data outside Türkiye, including in the United States. We transfer personal data abroad only as Article 9 of KVKK allows.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become a project are deleted after 12 months. Details of clients are kept for as long as we work together and for the period Turkish commercial and tax law requires afterwards. Booked calls are kept in our calendar for as long as we work with you. Subscriber addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you can ask us whether we hold information about you, what we use it for and who we share it with, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to a result that affects you. Write to info@madeinscope.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) in Türkiye, or to the data protection authority where you live.
